Are lightweight, low-cost and exceed industry standards for strength and durability. Plus, they're recyclable and reusable!

This stackable, double deck design has four-way easy entry for forklifts, pallet jacks or hand trucks. The key to this design is conical pedestal, which provides strength and easy snap together assembly. The deck has a non slip texture molded in for secure load placement. It is a cost effective choice that will stand up to the daily rigors.

Injection-molded
Polypropylene Blend

Provides durability for a long pallet life cycle.
A recycled material that is again recyclable. The Polypropylene blend is accepted by major plastic recyclers lowering disposal costs.
Doesn’t shatter or crumble – ideal for cold storage conditions.

Lightweight
One person can easily handle empty pallets. Only 29 lbs. Add support struts it is still only 39 lbs.

Protective Sleeve
This sleeve, placed on the four
corner cones, helps protect the
pallet’s cone pedestal from forklift
tine damage thus extending the
life of the pallet.

Sanitary and Safe

Non-absorbent washable materials. Easily cleaned for sanitary conditions.
Resistant to most caustic chemicals
Anti-skid surface molded on deck and bottom. Limits slippage of loads and sliding when using pallet jacks.

Easy Snap Together Assembly
A rubber mallet is the only tool needed. Ship larger quantity unassembled, then assemble on location.

Easy to Ship
Gain a 3 to 1 ratio when shipping unassembled. A 53’ truck will fit 550 assembled pallets and 1500 unassembled.

ACCESSORIES
12 or 14-Gauge Metal Support Struts
Installed in the base of the pallet the three steel uni-struts reduces deflection in racking situations and adds edge strength for wider spaced rack bars. Order for either the 40” or 48” front to match your racking.
Metal Support Strands
Fitted into the top deck the three to five metal support strands stiffen the deck and prevent it from flexing under heavy loose loads. Available in steel or aluminum. Great for bagged or irregular shaped items or a load with a shifting weight.

Black is the standard color. Colors are available as special order. We can custom match any color desired. FDA approved blue and green are also available.	Have your company logo molded into the pallet’s deck. Assists with the pallet‘s return and builds brand identification.
